So I know I am setting myself up for a let down by trying to do this everyday but here goes. This is will be a short one because it is part of the solution to my problem. This year I will learn to say "no" to unreasonable expectations I set for myself and I , at times, receive from others.
I have a tendency to get overwhelmed by life and instead of just saying "no," I just do whatever anyone asks me. Though I try to overcome this affliction, it keeps plaguing me and leaves a trail of bodies in the wake of it. SO this year...I will say NO because it is just the right thing for me to do :) Now with that said, I have more work to do elsewhere and I have to say "no" to my blog because I have more I wanna say, but I am out of time... :)
